William D. (Bill) Baker is the owner of W.D. Baker & Associates Consulting, LLC, a management consulting firm he formed in 2001 that focuses on sales and marketing strategic process integration solutions. Mr. Baker has over 30 years marketing and sales executive experience including successes as Executive Director of Marketing for SBC Directory Operations, now AT&T Advertising & Publishing. In that role, Mr. Baker directed overall product and brand management of SBC’s consumer and commercial yellow and white pages advertising. He also managed sales training and development, sales aid and sales tool design and development and integration of marketing plans and new product development into the sales function. After leaving AT&T, Mr Baker was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Telmetrics, Inc., North America's leading advertising effectiveness and call measurement company. Mr. Baker is an MBA graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit and has served on the adjunct faculty in the business school at Wayne State and at the University of Michigan in Flint. He attended post-graduate courses at the University of Virginia, Mr. Baker is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
